Recently conducted a survey to see what kind of information was Business Development on the web for new small businesses and startups. My discovery was that most of the information only covers SEO and marketing strategies for companies that have already been developed and are looking for strategies that will help you get more customers. Very good tips and techniques, but what about startups and new companies that lack the basic tools to help build basic skills that lead to competitive advantages and consumer awareness of your products or services; sense – the formation of the company, a business plan or form, business cards, website, etc.
My motto – “You have to start somewhere to get somewhere” In other words, Business Development is a starting point, especially for new start-ups and small businesses are just beginning your search in the business arena.
